We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the newness of the room at Ocean Pearl Inn - 3. Despite not having windows, the room felt comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was also well-maintained with good water pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many tourist attractions and food stalls within walking distance. The free pick-up service from the airport was a great bonus. I would highly recommend Ocean Pearl Inn - 3 for a budget-friendly stay in a convenient location.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues we had. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and served a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by plenty of dining options.
That the beds could have been more comfortable, although they were satisfactory for a short stay. Another small inconvenience was that the room did not have windows, but this was compensated by the efficient air conditioning system.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being not far from the airport, and there is a railway station nearby. there are some nice restaurants in the area, such as 999ShanNoodles and the Malaysian Kitchen eatery that serves good hearty food.
The rooms in the hotel are basic and lack windows, but they are comfortable and come with air conditioning.

The location of the hotel was great, with many key attractions within walking distance such as Sule Pagoda, Pandosan Jetty, and Bogyoke Aungsan Market. It was also close to the Central train station, which made it convenient for exploring the city. there were plenty of shops and stalls open till night time, making it feel safe to walk around even at night.
The entrance and staircase to the property were quite scary, and I encountered some unpleasant activities while going up. The area was not totally soundproof, and I had trouble sleeping due to the noise and creaking beds of the guests in the room above me.

Great value for money with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location is convenient, within walking distance of popular attractions, and the staff are friendly, accommodating, and speak English well.
For breakfast, the only improvement would be to offer more variety of options.

I chose this hotel for attending a summit because it is conveniently located within a short walk from the Minister's office. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, allowing me to work efficiently during my stay.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or business center within the hotel.
